    • Initial Estimate: This is an initial estimate. We will contact you to finalize your appointment details.

    Pricing

    • Hourly Rate: $75 per person per hour, with a minimum of 3 hours required.

    • Team Size: We typically work in teams of two; however, in some cases, a single technician may be assigned.

    • Additional Services: Pricing does not include extras (e.g., basements, inside the fridge, etc.). Note: We do not hand wash dishes.

    Supplies & Equipment

    • We provide all necessary supplies and equipment for the cleaning service.

    Insurance

    • We are fully insured for your peace of mind.

    Policies

    1. Deposit Policy:

      • A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

    2. Rescheduling Policy:

      • Reschedule requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.

      • Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours cannot be accommodated, and you will need to pay another non-refundable deposit if rescheduled after the 48-hour window.

    3. Cancellation Policy:

      • If you cancel on the day of the cleaning, a 50% fee will be charged, totaling 75% of the scheduled cleaning cost.

    4. Refund Policy:

      • No monetary refunds are provided.

    Final Inspection

    • All cleanings must be inspected before our team leaves the premises. Re-cleaning services are not offered.

      • We do not perform services while other contractors (e.g., cable companies, movers, or repair workers) are in the home. If contractors are present, we will leave, and you will be charged the full cleaning amount.
